" Educational" trip to Hong Kong

You might know that I went to Hong Kong a week after my final exams ended. It was fully sponsored by Genting. Well, sort of. They paid for our accommodation and flight and we have to bare our own expenses. And well, everyone wasnt kidding when they tell me that everything in Hong Kong is SUPER EXPENSIVE.

We were they for 4 days and 3 nights. Stayed right smack in the middle of the city of Tsim Sha Tsui . If you thought that Kuala Lumpur was crowded, you should see HK. Everything was so fast paced. Even at night ! We managed to mingle around with the students of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and apparently they only go home to sleep. No wonder there are so many people on the streets!

Symphony of Lights.

The building behind me is the monetary building of which it is the tallest building in Hong Kong. We had the honour of going all the way up to the 54th floor.

Where I managed to take this shot. Over populated , huh ?

The workers were so strict. We werent allowed to take pictures in the building ...... They didnt say anything about the elevator =p

As mentioned, we visited Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I had to do a presentation on University Malaya and the whole crew did a dance performance to show the culture of Malaysia. Somehow they seemed pretty amazed since they dont have any traditional dances. Its so nice of them to give us a tour of their university. Its so so so pretty !! Everyone is also so stylish to class.

The best part of my trip has got to be us visiting Disneyland, of which I will blog about in my next post. =)
