Been eating way too much lately. Especially when I'm at home. Its as if I need to stuff my face every 10 minutes or so. I was doing soooo darn well and as soon as people have seen the difference in my body, BOOM my eating habits just relapse and I begin eating like a monster again.
Not to mention how lazy I've been at the gym . My workout hit plateau again and yet I didnt do anything to break it. Fine Ashee, go back to being that fatty. PFFT.
