bandar bersejarah

On friday the 13th, Ilda, Tiara, Paan and i drove to Malacca for a day trip. The journey took us about 1 hour and 30 mins from University Malaya to Malacca. Since my sister used to study at Kolej Yayasan Saad, i used to go to Malacca once every 2 months or so. But i havent been to Malacca for 5 years since my sister left high school. I was so shocked at how Malacca has changed since the last time i was there. Its a great place to visit if you're the kind of person who appreciates historic buildings and architecture. U should spend a whole day walking around  the museum area and go on the river cruise at night. We didnt really explore the restaurants there so i cant actually recommend nice places to eat. I did enjoy my time there taking photos although i dont understand whats the hype about jonker walk market. I enjoyed the shops at Jonker walk instead of the market itself though. Some of the museums have such interesting display whereas some just consist of pictures and articles that u can just google. But the entry fee for the museums are really affordable ( highest is rm5) so i think its not a waste if u just visit all the museums available.

Most of the night pictures are taken on the river cruise. For RM10, its super worth it ! Lovely drawings on the old buildings. My friend told me students from UITM drew it. Impressive, really =)
