Allow me to rant

In my entire life, Ive never been thin. Ever. I was a chubby baby, a chubby toddler, a chubby kid , a chubby teenager .. okay you get the point. But Ive always been active. Parents enrolled me in Tumble Tots, played hockey and badminton in Primary school , was in a marching band in high school and Im still actively going to the gym as of today. However, I wasnt blessed with a body like those pictures on fitblrs. Ive never had visible collarbones, my thighs have been rubbing with each other ever since I learnt how to walk and my cheeks, well theyve been that way since forever. 

Some people have been telling me that I lost weight these days and since this IS my blog, Im going to be honest here. I lost weight because I stopped eating dinner and Ive been training extra hard at the gym . I usually just go for a 4km run on the treadmill but lately after running for 30 mins, I add on another 20-30 mins on the elliptical machine. On days that I go for body combat ( an hour of martial art -like training(burns 400 calories)) , I would then run for an additional 20 mins on the treadmill . I usually go to the gym in the evening so by the time I get back its time for dinner and Ill be super hungry. So I just drink a glass of milk and sometimes I eat an apple.Throughout the day , I do not drink ANYTHING other than warm water. Unless its really hot then I cheat with half a glass of iced tea. 

There has been no changes on the scale or even the size of my jeans. So here's a question to those who have been calling me fat : how many girls do you know who work as hard as I do ? Do you not know how hurtful it is to be insulted like that even when Ive worked my ass off ? But of course you dont know, cause all that is important to you is just physical appearance and apparently I dont have that. 

But no, I will not let that affect me because I know for a fact that my stamina is even better than some people around me and if I had the chance, I would like to roundhouse kick you.
