I solemnly swear that I'm up to no good

Behold the magic map of London underground! Can you see the green circle on the right? South woodford is were along stays and Yana and I had to make our way to Watford Junction for the Warner Bros Studio . We travelled across London and it took us about 2 hours to reach at Watford. Upon arrival, we took a complimentary HARRY POTTER THEMED BUS to the studio that took just about 10 minutes. Yours truly had watery eyes the moment she sat in the bus.

The moment I got off the bus, I couldnt contain myself anymore. Tears began flowing down my cheeks and this bestfriend of mine even recorded me crying. But come on you guys, how can I not cry happy tears? I was actually visiting THE actually set of Harry Potter. Something Ive been obsessing about half my life.

So yeah, once we got there,we collected our tickets ( All tickets must be bought online! You can only collect them upon arrival) I got all excited and headed straight to the superbly amazing shop!

Even the gift shop is so spectacular okay?! How not to be overly excited lah? Was so tempted to buy the every flavoured beans but its too darn expensive. Bought myself a marauder map mug instead. hehe

Any how, we then joined the line and made our way towards the entrance of the tour. I caught the attention of the emcee when he asked if any of us were in Gryffindor. LIKE DUH. I screamed and did a little dance that he then asked me to repeat in front of everyone. Haih, Ashee you always find a way to embarrass yourself dont you ?

They squeezed us into a small room and showed a few clips from the movie and some interviews with the cast. Then they  squeezed us in another cinema-like room to view a clip of the trio talking expressing their gratitude to all the backstage crew  and then .....

BOOM! This appeared in front of us

THE EXACT DOOR OF THE GREAT HALL!!!!!! Oh my god, the intricate details were so fantastic! I mean, like seriously I wouldnt even notice if the carvings were a little off or something but nope! Everything were symmetrical and perfecly done!

This was actually the first part of the tour . Its only the guided part of the tour so for about 15 minutes the person incharge told us a few stories about how it was built and all that. After that they just let us walk freely on our own.

I  WAS THIS CLOSE TO RUPERT GRINT'S DNA OKAY.

Gryffindor boys dormitory.

RUPERT GRINT LAID ON THAT BED.YES.

It showed me cats. Yes my heart desires more cats

The wand collection!

Yana looks stunning in this picture ,right?

Gryffindor Common Room

You should know where we're heading to  ;)

Dumbledore's Office!!!

Sword of Gryffindor!

Potions class!

I know I keep repeating that details on each piece were so fantastic but the details of the potions class is a whole other level! Each ingredient bottle is differently named and had different forms and Im pretty sure they had more than 100 bottles! I didnt even think it was necessary since I dont remember seeing a close up shot of them in the movie! I suppose they also do it for the actors to really help them capture the emotions to act better.

I'm going to break this post into 2 parts cause I just realized how long it is. Ill blog about part 2 some time this week. Do click on the pictures for a clearer view. I shall leave you with pictures of Crookshanks cause Im such a crazy cat lady like that.
