Big bad wolf approved!

First and foremost Id like to apologize for not updating as often as i used to. Ive been pretty occupied lately but i will try my best to update whenever i can. =)


So last weekend my sister and i went to a reallyy huge book fair at Serdang. Ive been hearing their advertisement on the radio but i thought that since its in Serdang, its a little bit too far from my house. My sister went earlier with her friends and she told me that i should really go and check it out.She told me that she and 2 of her friends wanted to go again. Since she volunteered to drive, i just followed her.

Im an avid reader. I love reading. I love how it transports me to another world. I love how it broadens my imagination. So when i arrived at the book fair i was so excited to see what i could find. I was on a budget but my sister assured me that i only needed less than RM 100. My crazy sister even brought the trolley bag cause she was so eager to stock up her library in her new apartment. At first i thought she was just overacting but upon my arrival, i saw she wasnt the only one with a trolley bag! Some people even used their baby stroller to put books!

The book fair was held in a hugeeee hall. They had segregated the books into their specific genre. So they had fiction, non-fiction and magazines. When i walked in, i straight away headed to the fiction section. I went crazy. Im not even joking. I practically smiled to myself and just picked up random books to buy.  I got even more excited when i looked at the price. Novels only costed RM8. Even those hard covered ones!


So after Ive chosen my books i decided to have a seat and just have a quick "screening" so i wont end up buying books that i will end up not reading. Took me awhile but i ended up buying 9 books. ( 3 of which are for my friends). All 9 books including Micheal jackson's autobiography only costed me RM76. HOW CAN U NOT GO CRAZY?! My sister bought 20 books in total when she went. Her 2 friends bought a whole box filled with books.

Whats even more awesome is that after you've paid your books, u can actually get them stamped. They have a few good ones but i only had time to choose 1 design for all my books.

 

 

 I went during their 2nd last day. So most of the good books are sold out. But im very satisfied with my purchases. Ill list out the books that i bought later on so that u can borrow it from me. =)
