Run run run!
Hehehe i just finished browsing a fitness tumblr and i feel super motivated! Ive been going to the gym for awhile now and of course my progress quite slow. Its because i can never ever go on a proper diet. I tried to deprive myself from rice and it only lasted me 2 weeks.Though i saw miraculous results, I wasnt strong enough to continue and ended up binging . Haha so what im currently trying to do is just eat whatever I want but control my fluid intake. Im trying to avoid from drinking anything other than mineral water. Of course the numbers on the scale takes more time to decrease but at least i know im drinking a lot of plain water to help my body secrete toxins.
Since i dont really take care of what i eat, Ive decided to take running seriously as an exercise. Right now Im able to run non stop for only about 30-35 mins. But thats only at an average speed. Of course im not up to par yet to be called a runner. But im really determined to increase my stamina. I find it so weird that i like to sweat. How i like to feel my legs burn after running, the way my heart beats so fast, each and every sweat my body produces. Maybe ill join running events after this. Ill start joining fun run first then maybe see how things go from there.
Im gonna need a partner in this. I dont think i can do it alone. If you're also interested in taking running seriously, please do call me. Even if u dont exercise often, its okay. We'll train together. Please please please do contact me mmkay? Take care everyone!
