So on sunday night i went to my first (and maybe only) concert for this year, yeapp i went for Bruno mars live in KL I arrived pwtc at about 4.30 pm and there were already about 100 people waiting in front of the gates! I heard some of them arrived at 10 am just to make sure they get to be upfront. Anyway the crowd was madness! Everyone was pushing and running as soon as the gates opened.
The setting of the stage was quite simple. They had the basic set on stage along with a "doo-wops and hooligans" sign lighted up on the backdrop. Unfortunately, they didnt allow us to bring DSLR camera so we were only left with a digital camera and our camera phones. so i apologize for the quality of the pictures. Anyway,the show started at about 8.15pm.yes, we stood for almost 3 hours.(see what i do for u, bruno? ) Mizz nina opened the show with 3 of her songs. I must say, shes kinda hot but no, she cant sing live. Could barely hear her sing. but then again i didnt go there to watch her. haha.
Then, they let us stand for another half an hour i think. Everyone got so impatient by then. Good thing they played familiar songs in the background so most of us started singing to keep us occupied while waiting. Exactly at 9pm, Bruno came on stage and rocked the drums. Hes so hottt i tell u. His vocals are amazing! He sounds exactly like how he sound like on radio. EXACTLY like on radio. So yeah, he played most of his famous songs like "nothing on you", " billionaire" and "just the way you are" . Unfortunately, he didnt sing "talking to the moon" and "today my life begins" like how i wanted him to. 2 of my fav songs of him. But, thats okay. His concert was worth each and every penny. =)
