The day i found out my fat content.

To those who have been calling me fat behind my back i have good news for u!




u can continue to call me fat behind my back, heck u can even call me fat in front of my face cause well...its the truth. haih.


So, just now i went to the gym at a club near my house. Usually i go to the gym 4  times a week when i'm rajin and maybe twice a week when im lazy. Normally i spend 30 mins on the treadmill and maybe about 20 mins doing all the sit ups,push ups and stuff. My gym has hired 3 new freelance fitness trainer. So, they've been observing what ive been doing for about a month now. According to them, my "training routine" is actually fine but if i really want to lose weight i have to increase the difficulty. (ex: adding weights when i jog) So, i think thats what im going to start doing now. My problem areas are my butt and thighs. (bootylicious liddat haha) So, im going to have to do more lunges and squats. Only problem is, since i have low blood pressure i cant do much of these exercises because it causes me to faint. So im just going to do it slowly but making sure its effective.


Apart from that, i really have to watch what i eat. Which means, ILDA QISTINA has to help me with this. I cant eat after 7pm, thats for sure. Im going to have to eat rice though since most UM cafeteria only serve rice for lunch. Oh andddd i cant drink anything else except plain water. Which is good cause it can help clear my problematic skin.

Ahhhh its gonna be tough but i have to be determined to do this. I need to do this. Its for my health and my future. Wish me luck! =)
